SHIPPING
Hannah Li Studio ships orders Monday through Saturday. We are located in China, standard time zone UTC/GMT +8 hours. Normally orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day. However, during especially busy periods or accident, it might take up to 2 business days for an order to be processed and shipped.
We ship worldwide via trackable air shipment to ALMOST any country we are legally allowed to ship to. If you have concerns about your country, please drop us an email to admin@hannahlistudio.com
Shipping Method:
We normally use SF International Express
We could offer express or economy shipping depending on your preferences. Express usually takes 5 to 7 days to reach you depending on your location while economy takes 30 to 45 days. Please contact us for additional shipping cost before you place an order. All orders placed without notification will be shipped with our default shipping method.
Tracking:
We will email you tracking number and site for tracking
In general, we do suggest to use SF International Express
Lost, Stolen or Delayed orders
Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for tracking status. Unfortunately we do not have additional information once your order has shipped. HL Studio is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that tracking status as “Delivered” We are also not responsible for errors made by the local post office or shipping carrier.
For delay shipments, it could happen due to postal error, peak season or extreme weather. We are sorry if it happens with your shipment and we suggest you to wait patiently. For shipments delayed over 60 days from the date we post it will be automatically treat as lost shipment. You may contact us for full refund or replacement if your shipment is delayed over 60 days.
Customs and Import charges:
We are not responsible for any customs or import duties for destination countries. Please check with your country’s custom & import policy for any extra charges.
We are able to declare lower item value on the shipping label to aviod/lower down extra charges for you, please contact us before you place order if you need assistance.
Payment:
Meanwhile we only accept payment by stripe
Exchanges and Replacement parts
For small parts or accessories we have strict inspection procedure to ensure quality. However, we encourage customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there’s issue with your order. To expedite the process of communication with supplier/manufacturer, please provide as much as detail as you can along with close ups and full shot photos of the problem area. Please understand that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide replacement parts but we always do our best given the circumstances.
We will pack and protect the product well but there’s no guarantee that zero damage will be made during international transportation. Boxes that see light wear and tear (minor bends, creases, dented coners) during transit will not be eligible for replacement box or compensation.
Returns:
We want you to be satisfied with your order. However, should anything not be to your satisfaction, you can return the item for a refund minus the shipping costs within 14 days you received the item. If there needs to be a return due to a mistake on our part, we will pay all the shipping charges.
Please contact us before you returning any items, all returns must have a Return Authorization from Hannah Li Studio prior to being sent back
We would not accept returning any Used/Opened item. Any damage resulted from improper use or lack of maintenance will not be covered by return policy.
Privacy:
Hannah Li Studio will never sell or give out any of your personal information to any other company or service. The information you provided is kept on encrypted secure server.
Preorder Products:
Some items on our store are listed as preorders. These are items that we are due to receive from the manufacturer in the near future. By placing a pre order you are agreeing with our preorder conditions listed below:
1) Please separate in stock items and preorder items in 2 orders
2) Product photo is usually of a preproduction prototype. Final product may slightly different in color and or content.
3) The estimated shipment date is announced by the manufacturer. Hannah Li Studio is not responsible for product delay, by placing a preorder you are aware that deposit payment is Non-refundable even for manufacturer delay. We ship as soon as we get them on hand.
4) There will also be times where the manufacturer ships them in “waves” Preorders from Hannah Li Studio will be shipped in the order that they were received.
Preorder Payment:
Deposit payment is non-refundable once your order is placed. 20% admin charge will be applied for full price reserve preorder item. For example if you reserved a $40 worth product with full payment, we will keep $8 (equal to 20%) as administration charge.
Please drop us an email if you prefer to pay in full or part of your preorder item, we will issue you paypal invoice and keep in record. admin@hannahlistudio.com
